Website Approval

Let’s launch this site!

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new website. Please review the following terms carefully before authorizing your site launch.

By authorizing Three Seven Marketing to launch and make your website “Live”, you agree to the following:

  • Approval: I confirm that the website or functionality is approved and meets all requirements. I acknowledge that Three Seven has delivered a fully functioning, finished product.
  • Testing: I have been given enough time to test the website. I understand that 15 days after my site’s launch date, any time spent fixing “bugs” will be billed at Three Seven’s standard rates.
  • Billable Hours: I understand that all future changes or corrections in design or build are now billable at Three Seven’s standard rates.
  • Browser Compatibility: Three Seven has built my website to be compatible with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge at the time of development. I also understand that older browsers and future browsers may not display my website or provide bug-free functionality due to the unpredictable nature of browser design.
  • Future Issues: Over time, certain aspects of websites may have issues. Browser compatibility issues, unknown customer input, and various random variables may cause my website to degrade slowly. I understand that Three Seven is not responsible for these types of issues, but can help control and prevent them through standard website maintenance.
  • Maintenance: Three Seven offers site care plans on a per-month basis. If I choose to decline a maintenance agreement, future support requests will be scheduled in accordance with standard procedures and a quote will be provided.
    • Note: If you have a managed enhancements or marketing retainer agreement in place, site care is included as part of your monthly deliverables.
  • Error Notification: Unless stated in a maintenance agreement, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Three Seven in the event of any website issues. Any support requests will be clearly documented and submitted via email or my designated project management channel.
  • Third-Party Platforms & Integrations: I understand that Three Seven is not responsible for issues arising from third-party plugin updates, platform changes, or integrations outside of our direct control after the launch date.
